Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3 to 3 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
4 well beaten eggs
3 c. banana pulp (10 to 12 ripe bananas)
8 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (scant)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add soda to sour cream, then blend with creamed mixture.
Beat eggs well and add, then add mashed bananas.
Sift dry ingredients together, then mix into first mixture.
Add chopped nuts.
Blend well and turn into greased and floured loaf tins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until done.
Makes 4 large loaves.
