Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados, seeded and peeled
    1 thin slice small onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 small tomato, peeled and finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped canned green chili peppers (optional)
    fresh vegetables or chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender.
    Blend until smooth, scraping down sides of blender as necessary.
    Place in a serving bowl.
    Cover and chill before serving.
    Serve as a dip with fresh vegetables or chips.
    Makes about 1 cup.
