Hamburger-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef, crumbled
1 potato, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
3 c. hot tap water
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
1 tsp. dried minced onions
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine beef, potato and cabbage in large microwave casserole. Cover and microwave on High for 7 minutes or until beef is no longer pink; stir once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once during cooking time.
