Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (24 oz.) jar medium salsa
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    6 c. cooked rice
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice in a 5 or 6 quart Dutch oven.
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add green pepper, onion, garlic, curry powder, salt and pepper.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add salsa.
    Simmer 5 minutes more.
    Pour meat mixture over rice in Dutch oven.
    Stir and heat through.
