Double Chocolate Cupcakes(Quick And Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. unsweetened orange juice
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the mixture.
    Add water and next 4 ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until batter is moistened.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Spoon into foil or paper-lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Remove from pan immediately and cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Yield:
    1 dozen.
