Peach Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. mashed peaches
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour two loaf pans.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Beat on medium speed 1/2 minute.
    Pour mixture into pans and bake 55 to 65 minutes.
    Cool in pans 5 minutes before turning out to finish cooling.
