Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. butter (for pan)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Let yeast sit while preparing other ingredients.
    Heat buttermilk until warm.
    Remove milk from heat and combine with oil, sugar and salt.
    Sift flour and soda in a large bowl.
    Mix yeast with buttermilk mixture, then add in flour mixture.
    Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Roll out dough on floured surface and cut out biscuits.
    Place rolls in a pan with melted butter.
    Coat each side with butter.
    Let rolls stand 30 minutes in a warm place to rise.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
