Taco Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
medium salsa
shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped onion
chopped green pepper
chopped tomato
sliced black olives
jalapeno peppers, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Spread cream cheese on platter.
Spoon salsa onto cream cheese until cream cheese is covered.
Cover salsa with a generous layer of shredded Cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle onion, green pepper, tomato, black olives and jalapeno peppers over the cheese layer.
Serve with corn chips.
