Skillet German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    8 slices bacon
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender; peel and dice.
    Keep warm.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Pour off all but 4 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
    Blend in soup, milk, relish, vinegar and salt.
    Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Gently stir in potatoes and all but 1 tablespoon of bacon.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle bacon on top and garlic with wedges of hard-boiled egg.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
