Low Cholesterol Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. Coffee Rich (frozen when purchased), thaw to use
1 can skimmed Pet milk
2 large pkg. instant sugar-free pudding mix
10 pkg. Equal
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together.
Pour in freezer can.
Finish filling with 2% milk.
Freeze as usual.
