Noodle Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. broad noodles (hot)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. oleo (room temperature)
    1 medium can drained crushed pineapple
    1 c. golden raisins (optional)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Add oleo to hot noodles and mix.
    Add other ingredients.
    Put in greased large 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake for 45 minutes more.
