Chicken Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. capers, drained
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    10 oz. pkg. frozen green beans
Preparation
    Coat chicken with bread crumbs, brown lightly in oil over medium heat in heavy skillet and mix liquids and seasonings.
    Add vegetables to skillet and pour liquid-seasonings mixture over top. Cover tightly and cook over medium-low heat until chicken is done, about 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
