Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. white chicken (stew 4 to 5 breasts and cut up)
4 c. sliced celery (1-inch slivers)
1 c. blanched sliced almonds
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. grated onion
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix in Accent, salt, onion and lemon juice to the chicken, celery, almonds and mayonnaise.
Toss and place in baking dish. Top with Velveeta cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
May be prepared ahead and refrigerated.
