Bean Fondue Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Preparation

Keep in reserve 1 cup cheese.
Mix rest of cheese and all other ingredients.
Spread in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
Wrap and refrigerate at this point if making ahead.
If not, bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips for dipping.
