Red And Green Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. torn lettuce leaves, rinsed and patted dry
    2 c. fresh broccoli florets
    1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1/2 c. croutons, seasoned with herbs and cheese
Preparation
    Line salad bowl with lettuce.
    Arrange broccoli and tomatoes on top.
    Combine oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
    Mix well; pour over salad.
    Sprinkle with croutons.
