Vegetable Casserole(Very Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans mixed vegetables (I use Veg-All)
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 1 stick oleo/butter
    3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Drain vegetables well.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Melt 1/3 cup oleo, then mix with crushed Ritz crackers and cover vegetables in casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
