Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted in saucepan
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    5 c. fresh peaches, sliced
    1/2 c. brandy
Preparation
    Add sugar, flour, salt, peaches and brandy to margarine in saucepan.
    Cook for about 4 minutes after it comes to a boil. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
