Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rolled oats, measured after grinding in blender
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
1/2 c. any dried fruit, chopped
fruit juice (any kind)
Preparation

Put the egg in a cup.
Add fruit juice to measure a cup. Combine oats, baking powder and salt.
Combine honey, oil, juice, egg and dried fruit.
Mix together until blended.
Fill and slightly mound in greased muffin tins.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
Makes about 12 muffins.
