Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 large peppers
1 lb. hamburger
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. rice, cooked
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Cut stem end off pepper.
Remove seed.
Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover 5 minutes.
Cook hamburger and onion in skillet until light brown.
Stir in salt, rice and 1 can tomato sauce; heat thoroughly.
(Save 1 can to go on top of peppers.) Stuff pepper with hamburger mixture.
Stand upright in an ungreased baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce over peppers.
Cover and cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover; cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
