Denver Omelet Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
    1 c. (4-oz) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. diced fully cooked ham
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, onion powder, thyme, salt and pepper.
    Stir in the potatoes, cheese, ham and green pepper.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Garnish with tomato slices.
    Serves 6.
