Pineapple Surprise Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. cold milk
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip

Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Remove from oven. Spread crushed pineapple (juice and all) over cake.
Mix pudding mix with milk and cream cheese.
Spread over the pineapple and spread with Cool Whip.
Top off cake with coconut.
