Coconut-Chocolate Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    3 c. (2 to 4 oz. cans) shredded coconut
    melted chocolate (semi-sweet or German)
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in sugar and coconut.
    Chill.
    Shape rounded teaspoons of mixture into balls.
    Flatten slightly. Indent center of each.
    Fill with melted chocolate.
    Chill until firm.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
