Whole Wheat Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. unbleached flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    450\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Cut in shortening until like
    coarse crumbs.
    Make a well; add milk all at once.
    Stir
    quickly
    with a fork just until dough follows fork around
    bowl.
    Turn onto lightly floured surface. Knead gently 10 to 12 strokes.
    Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. Dip
    cutter into flour;
    cut
    dough
    straight
    down.
    Bake
    on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes.
