Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 diced, boiled potatoes (red potatoes are best)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    6 sliced raw, diced bacon
    1/4 c. stuffed, chopped olives
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, mayonnaise, cheese and onions.
    Put in buttered baked dish, 9 x 8-inches or 12 x 8-inches.
    Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Don't peel the potatoes; cook them whole and let cool.
    Substituting for Velveeta cheese is not recommended.
