Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw rice, then cooked according to directions
    1 can evaporated milk, add enough whole milk to make 4 c.
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except raisins.
    In an 11 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle bottom evenly with the 3/4 cup raisins. Pour the ingredients over raisins.
    Place pan inside larger pan filled with 1 inch water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Pudding will \"set\" after removal from oven.
    Don't overbake.
