Homemade Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix
    egg, water and vinegar together.
    Combine salt and flour. Pour
    egg
    mixture into the center of the dry ingredients.
    Stir with
    a
    fork
    from
    the middle to the outer edge until
    mixed. Chill.
    Roll
    out and place in pie pans.
    Makes enough dough for 5 pies.
