Blinchiki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Place butter in pan to heat; take off stove.
Add beaten eggs; add flour and salt.
Slowly add milk.
Fry each in hot buttered pan on both sides; fill and roll.
