Super Bean Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dry black-eyed beans (peas)
    water
    salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. French dressing
    3/4 c. diced green onion
    3/4 c. thinly sliced celery
    3/4 c. diced carrot
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/3 c. diced pimiento
    1 c. cooked ham, cut into cubes or thin strips
    pepper
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in 6 cups water to which 2 teaspoons salt has been added.
