Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced red tomatoes
1/2 c. diced white onion
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp. seeded and finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients in a non-metal bowl.
Place in refrigerator for about 2 hours to allow flavors to mix.
Serve chilled.
