Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. leftover mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. green onion tops, diced fine
    flour
    bacon drippings
    1 egg
Preparation
    Using leftover mashed potatoes, add egg and green onion tops. Mix well.
    Shape into biscuit-sized cakes, roll in flour and fry to golden brown in bacon drippings.
