Chicken Breasts With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock, heated
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    flour
    salt
Preparation
    Mix spices and herbs together.
    Dust chicken breasts in spice mixture and dredge with flour.
    Heat butter in saute pan over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook 3 minutes.
    Season with salt. Turn pieces over and cook 3 minutes.
    Add green onions to pan and cook 1 minute.
    Pour in chicken stock and cook 6 minutes over low heat.
    Do not cover.
