Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick butter
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix Veg-All, water chestnuts, onion, Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle over mixture.
    Melt butter and pour over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
