Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    2 eggs
    1 large chopped onion
    1/2 c. canned milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 shakes red pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. round butter crackers
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Add butter to crackers.
    Cook squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Beat eggs; add to squash.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, butter and onion; mix well in 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Add crackers and cheese the last 10 minutes.
