Sauteed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Wash and slice mushrooms.
    Put all ingredients in a frying pan and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
    If dry mushrooms desired, remove lid after first 10 minutes.
    Cook 10 more minutes or until done.
