Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. soda
2/3 c. oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all at once for about 5 minutes.
Pour into two 9-inch greased pans or regular cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
