Polish Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground pork
7 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. water
dash of liquid smoke
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Mix well, but lightly.
Shape into patties.
Can be made into links with sausage stuffer.
