Ingredients

4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
3 sticks butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Slice your favorite pound cake; butter each side and grill in skillet (electric skillet works great).
Remove from skillet and top each piece with vanilla ice cream and drizzle the top with hot fudge topping and honey.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
This is certainly not dietetic, but it is gggrrreat.
