Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. ice water
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Using fork, add water, 1 tablespoonful at a time.
    Roll out on floured surface. If recipe calls for a baked pie shell, prick and bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 2 pie shells or 1 double crust.
