Double Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    20 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. cold water
    2 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. chocolate syrup
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. corn oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Spray Bundt pan.
    Mix first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    Mix vinegar, syrup, water and vanilla; set aside.
    Cream margarine, oil and 1/3 tablespoon sugar.
    Alternate dry ingredients and wet ingredients into creamed mixture.
    Pour into Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
