Hot Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can apricot halves
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced pears
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced grapefruit
    1 1/2 c. sliced banana
    1 (17 oz.) jar dark pitted cherries
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/4 c. brandy or sherry
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain all fruit and place in a 2-quart buttered baking dish. In a small mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, curry powder, cinnamon and sugar.
    Sprinkle sugar mixture over fruit.
