Light Batter For Vegetables Or Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat egg and water and blend with rest of ingredients.
    Dip meat or vegetables and fry until golden brown.
    Great for boneless chicken breast.
