Chrusciki(Angel Wings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 jigger whiskey (optional)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light.
    Add cream and sugar; beat well. Add flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Roll small amount of dough at a time to a little less than 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut in 1 x 3-inch strips, cutting ends diagonally.
    Make a lengthwise slit and pull one end through.
    Fry in hot deep fat at 350\u00b0 for about 2 minutes or until slightly brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
