Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 whole breast of chicken (split)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
1 c. instant rice
1 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1 c. green grapes, cut in half
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook chicken in the water until tender (20 to 25 minutes). Remove meat in strips; sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper and toss, then set aside.
