Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 well-beaten eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
4 c. apples

Preparation

Cream together butter, sugar and beaten eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, then add apples.
Mix well.
Pour into 10 x 14-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Test by putting toothpick in it. If comes out clean, it's done.
Drizzle with powdered sugar, when cool.
