Southwest Shoe Peg Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (11 oz.) cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix margarine and cream cheese; stir over heat until melted. Add Shoe Peg corn, green chilies, sugar and salt.
Pour into buttered casserole. Heat at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
Can be done on stove in saucepan, if you are in a hurry.
