Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/2 lb. cheese, grated (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; shape into small balls.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes (375\u00b0 may be best if they brown too soon). May be refrigerated overnight before baking.
