Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground hamburg
    2 pkg. onion soup mix
    16 oz. sour cream (low-fat works)
    bread crumbs (to your liking)
    1 can Campbell's mushroom soup mix
    1 onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ground hamburg, both onion soup mix, all of sour cream and bread crumbs, then make into meatballs.
    Put in a pan.
    Pour in mushroom soup over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes covered with foil.
    Bake for 10 minutes uncovered.
