Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger or ground deer
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 to 3 c. hot noodles
Preparation
    Cook and stir hamburger and onion in butter in 10-inch skillet until hamburger is light brown.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over hot noodles.
