Hot Chicken Sandwich Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken
    2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cold milk
    salt
    pepper
    crushed cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook chicken until done.
    Remove bones from chicken.
    Grind chicken.
    Bring 2 cups milk to a boil.
    Add flour, cold milk, salt and pepper to boiling milk.
    Cook until it forms a sauce.
    Pour over ground chicken.
    If filling is a little thin, add crushed cracker crumbs to thicken.
