Chess Pie(My Original) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice or 1/2 large lemon
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 stick margarine
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar gradually, then remainder of ingredients and beat well with mixer.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until pie is set.
    Meringue can be used and does improve looks and taste.
